iRun

The third edition of Differdange's inclusive race, called iRun, will take place on Sunday 15 September 2024. The kick-off will be at 2 pm at Hall O (rue Camille Gira L-4624 Oberkorn).

This race is a great opportunity to promote diversity and acceptance. Young and old, ambitious athletes, "just for fun" runners and people with disabilities: the iRun is open to anyone who enjoys physical exercise and can run in their own way. It's all free, under the motto: "Running together for a good cause", and at your own pace.

Registration by 12 September 2024 by e-mail to irun@differdange.lu or on site on the day of the event.

Good to know

  • The iRun features running tandems, in which one runner with special needs and at least one runner without special needs (maximum 5 people) run together over part of the course. Individuals can also sign up to strengthen an existing team.
  • This year, the course is 2 km long and is, of course, accessible to runners with special needs.
  • Any means of transport or equipment to help people with special needs is permitted.
  • Anyone under 18 or under guardianship must provide written authorisation from their parents or guardian.
  • Registration is free and possible until 12 September 2024 by e-mail irun@differdange.lu or on site on the day of the event.
